Post-Covid symptoms and how to relieve them

Whether you have had Covid or not, you’ve definitely heard of or even experienced some post-disease symptoms. Surely you have been in a situation where you already had Covid or close people who had it and were left with some not very pleasant symptoms

So today we’ll talk about this important topic, to learn more about what these symptoms are and how we can relieve them. For more similar and interesting information, videos and webinars, feel free to visit QUANTUM MEDICAL page.

What are the post-Covid symptoms?

Anyone with Covid-19 can get a post-Covid condition, irrespective of the severity of the disease. Often times post-recovery people may experience one or multiple of the following symptoms, that linger over time:

  • Fatigue
  • Anosmia (Lack of smell)
  • Lack of taste
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Cough
  • Joint pain
  • Myocarditis
  • Muscle pain or headache
  • Mood swings
  • Chest pain
  • Insomnia
  • Cognitive dysfunction – like a decline in mental abilities such as memory or brain fog
  • Memory, concentration, or sleep problems
  • Depression or anxiety

As you can see, most of them are connected with the lungs, since these are the organs most affected by Covid‐19. But the illness has followed its course, now it’s time to heal, right?

So you might ask yourself, how long does it take for post-symptoms of the coronavirus disease to disappear? Well, if you’ve had a mild case, it might take up to 7-10 days. However, it might also take 14 days or even 1 month. Covid-19 symptoms can sometimes persist for months. The virus can damage the lungs, heart, and brain, which increases the risk of long-term health problems.

Anosmia was a symptom that people said to have remained for a long time after finally getting their full sense of smell back.

Another symptom that stayed was the cough. After trying various remedies and treatments, some people were actually left with coughs and secretions that did not go away and continued to persist. Why? Because there were secretions that, in combination with antibiotics and various assigned treatments, solidify and petrify in the lungs and are no longer eliminated.

In addition, there are still blood traffic problems. Because this virus also has a tendency to clot on the veins, arteries, or vital organs. To do this, we need to meet them and help people who have been through this virus, with a number of natural and energetic remedies, because we are actually working with them.

Surely you are fed up with the multitude of medication allocated, so what we are doing here is based on biofeedback.

Natural advice to relieve post-Covid symptoms

  • Balancing the diet

First of all, people who have gone through Covid need to balance their diet. They can’t eat like before, because their body doesn’t allow them to do that anymore. In addition, the liver is affected by so many drugs and must be taken more easily. So to relieve themselves from post-Covid symptoms, people should eat as healthy as possible, so that the body gradually recovers.

From their diet, it’s good to remove sugar, dairy products, and products that contain starch (flour, bread, pasta, pastries). Rice and oatmeal are allowed and healthy because they have a long absorption in the body and have no inflammatory effect.

  • Physical exercises

In terms of physical exercises and overall movement, it is advisable to start physical exercises as simple as possible. People with post-covid symptoms are practically in convalescence, so they can only start with short walks, slow walking, and then move on to more alert exercises like jogging. Stretching exercises or Pilates also help, but not something very demanding.

  • Natural remedies for cleansing

Specifically, something to cleanse the lungs, as well as something for immunity.

For example, herbal teas for the respiratory tract. Bay leaf tea cleanses the lymphatic system very well. And three-spotted-brothers tea is known to clear the mucus. Another very good remedy for recovering and healing the lungs of any disease is raw goat milk, if possible.

Another natural remedy is plant syrups with expectorant effects. The ivy-based ones and the homeopathic ones are known to help clean the lungs very well. And with the effect of stimulating circulation (instead of aspirin that irritates the already sensitized stomach), we can recommend a remedy with an aspirin effect such as nettle syrup.

Other remedies include Propolis, which helps boost the immune system, and also honey. And these two in combination can work wonders. You can use Propolis grains, put them in a jar and mix them with honey. This combination is very healthy and can be eaten every day.

Biofeedback and post-Covid symptoms

When we use a biofeedback device such as NUCLEUS on patients who have had Covid-19 and are now experiencing post-illness symptoms, a lot of these symptoms can be relieved.

Since biofeedback works with electromagnetic waves and signals from the person’s own body, it seems that a lot of patients, during a biofeedback scan and therapy, already start coughing and they start to eliminate the mucus, because their body unlocks itself from the disease.

A biofeedback session lasts an average of 20-30 minutes. Initially, an anamnesis and a clinical consultation are performed, then the diagnosis based on biofeedback takes place. The diagnostic device identifies healthy waves from pathological ones. Then follows the treatment part, which consists in regulating the electromagnetic waves.

In the NUCLEUS matrix, you’ll be able to see the exact post-Covid symptoms you are suffering from, and also have treatment for them. You can use the Heart Rate Variability biofeedback to reduce the psychological burden the illness has caused. Biofeedback therapy offers long-term results so don’t hesitate to use it, to help you relieve all the post-symptoms and stress caused by Covid-19.
