Explanatory analysis

Structure and functionality of the NUCLEUS Device

Approval of a therapeutic technology involving innovative landmarks, such as:

● NUCLEUS ─ ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL BIOFEEDBACK SYSTEM WITH ELECTROTHERAPEUTIC FUNCTION ●

Requires, above all, the formulation of a clear and coherent scientific explanation of the structuring and functioning of the device. In this sense, the general and specific principles of operation of the NUCLEUS device must be logically presented to the evaluative competence of experts, so that from this presentation it results, in turn:
(1) how the principles mentioned in the name of the device are technologically valorized by the device builders, by respecting the analogy between the human bio-physiological system and the bio-technological system that the device presupposes;
(2) the practical-medical efficiency – clinical – of the performances that the device allows, namely: optimizing the health status of patients facing a series of specific dysfunctions (primarily in the field of muscle dystonia).

This report refers primarily to the first of the two aforementioned evaluation stages. In this regard, for clarity of presentation, we propose a double possibility of presentation of the reading, respectively:

─ a restricted, operational explanatory presentation, focusing only on the essential aspects that the structural and functional realization of the device presupposes;
─ a more extensive justificatory presentation – developed in a study of several tens of pages (cf. ANNEX A) – comprising a more nuanced presentation of the above, whenever such a necessity arises.

In line with these methodological considerations, we can specify that – according to the name associated with the NUCLEUS device, and its electrotherapeutic function – it constructively exploits the following principles:

  • the principle of bioresonance and biofeedback, upon which the functionality of the human biological system itself is based (cf. ANNEX 1 – chap. 2 / 2.1);
  • the principle of correlation between the scientific and practical aspects of quantum medicine transposed into the technological system of the device through state-of-the-art biotechnology (cf. ANNEX chap. 1 / 1.2.3.).

From a structural point of view, the NUCLEUS system effectively correlates the two specific components of a high-performance digital system, namely:

  • the hardware of the device represents an assembly that technologically / analogically transfers a series of electro-physiological landmarks of the human body, thus allowing its use as an efficient tool for collecting and evaluating patient data;
  • the device software allows analysis – through a powerful computer – of a set of specific (dys)functions, for which practical, therapeutically optimizing intervention options are proposed. Ultimately, the only one who – from the multitude of possibilities formulated by the device – must decide on a competent therapeutic strategy to follow is the doctor / practicing therapist.

Functionally, the NUCLEUS device allows efficient practical applications – both therapeutic and preventive – through:

  • the use of optimizing resources of electrotherapy, a strategy based on the electrical properties of the human body (cf. ANNEX 1, chap. 1 / 1.2.2);
  • these are explained and applied, in relation to muscle dystonia’s and dysfunctions of the OME system – Osteoarticular, Muscular, and Epithelial – approached optimally through the prism of electro-therapeutic strategies already known and used medically (Cf. ANNEX 1, chap. 1 / 1.2.1).

Certainly, these strategies will be enriched with the novel aspects presented by the device.

In conclusion, the scientific exposition of the above-mentioned structural-functional principles – subject to the attention of the validation committee – implies a dual approach:

  • Theoretical (synthetic and analytical), through the explanations presupposed by this report, in summary, or in full, with a constant focus on the duality of hardware-software.
  • Applicative (strategic and therapeutic), through the exemplification of how the device can devise strategies to optimize certain specific dysfunctions (such as those at the OME system level), on the one hand, by verifying the practical effects allowed by a complex of reference clinical cases, on the other hand.

In this way, having such interdisciplinary and comprehensive information available, formulating a comprehensive and pertinent point of view regarding NUCLEUS becomes possible for an open and relevant evaluation.

1. Major Structural Landmarks of the Device

The presentation of the structural elements of the NUCLEUS device is necessary for the subsequent, better understanding of its functions.

Thus, from a structural point of view, the NUCLEUS device represents a complex biotechnological assembly, which activates, according to needs, a series of interfaced components.

NUCLEUS encompasses the following structural-functional landmarks in its technical composition:

  • The “black box” of the device comprises an assembly of integrated parts and circuits – electrical and electronic – which ensure the interface between the external information received from the human body and, after their reception and electrical/electronic processing in the assemblies of the “black box,” are transmitted – digitally – to the complex software installed in the computer connected to the device.
    Many of the components of this “box” are subject to continuous technical optimization through innovations that have differentiated the performance of one generation of the device from the next. For example, the current version of the NUCLEUS device is the most advanced to date, considering that – being equipped with three generators – it ensures conditions of increased efficiency (speed, quantity of information data, simultaneous inputs and outputs, etc.) for the collection and processing of the data necessary for its operation, with energy transformations suitable at the organism level (electric energy into electromagnetic, sound, and mechanical energy, etc.). How these technological landmarks function efficiently is a constructive aspect that the inventors know in detail.
  • Five sets of electrodes/harnesses suitable for receiving bioelectric signals – marked by distinct colors to distinguish the differentiated energy-informational zones between the left and right sides of the body – are used as follows:
  • Two sets mounted circularly at the ankles (left foot / black color and right foot / blue color) and two sets at the wrists (differentiated left/right by yellow and red colors), connecting the four “banana plugs” / “jacks” (LIMB) to a single “mother plug” for input into the “black box” (blue-colored plug).
  • A set of electrodes mounted on the head (HEAD), positioned specifically on the forehead, with the connection cable positioned on the left side of the head and connected to a second “mother plug” collector (green-colored) present on the side of the “black box”.
  • The electrodes/harnesses are constructed from a special material, those for the head having special metal inserts, while those for the wrists are impregnated in rubber – a good conductor of electricity. These will create an electric potential together with the fluid/electrolyte present in the body. The stronger the electrolyte, the stronger the signal, reflecting the exchanges of ionic exchanges – the exchange of electrons, protons, and elementary particles – specific to different areas of the body.
  • In this way, by detecting such potential differences, the sensors measure the body’s energy in terms of:

-electrically, expressed through voltage (tension), current (intensity), and resistance, on one hand;

-electrochemically, through hydration, oxygenation, protonic, and electronic pressure, on the other hand.

The most precise measurements regarding the body’s energy are voltage and current, which allow us – through variations in voltage and intensity – to measure/define frequency, an essential common denominator that the device relies on.

It is important to mention that the sensors/electrodes of the NUCLEUS device collect extremely rich electro-physiological information found in the epidermal areas of the ankles, wrists, and head, in line with (cf. ANNEX chap. 1 / 1.2.2.):

  • The bioelectric principles of Vera, Voll, and Mora electrotherapy methods target extremely information-rich epithelial zones, in energetic resonance with all surface and depth organs of the human body.
  • The energetic principles of acupuncture – acupressure, reflexology – validated by medical practice – allow the collection of multiple electrical signals present along the pathways of meridians traversing the hands and feet, and implicitly the head of the human individual.

As a result of the information obtained through this bioelectric, electrodermal pathway, the NUCLEUS device is connected through embryogenetic resonance to all internal organs of the human body, through connections that the device software can analyze and process adequately.

Consequently, through this dual system of direct data collection – from the level of the “bioelectric map of the body,” and the “electric pathways” of acupuncture energy meridians – the NUCLEUS device retrieves and processes thousands of data at the level of the electronic circuits of the “black box.” These data are subsequently transferred to the software level, for the realization of comparative analyses – expressed in frequencies, for example – which objectively describe the state of health of the human body.

  • An ultra-sensitive plate (test plate) is included in the device equipment – made of piezoelectric materials sensitive to extremely low pressures and equipped with integrated, hexagonal, and circular electronic circuits – which receive frequencies generated by any substance placed on the plate to be measured. These are transmitted to the “black box” through the cable connected to a third “mother plug” of the device.
  • A series of information is transmitted through this pathway to the NUCLEUS software, namely: the resonance properties/attributes (frequencies) of various substantial complexes (such as medicines, food products, material sequences, etc.), which – when placed and evaluated on the test plate – can be compared with the frequencies contained in the device software, on one hand, and with those directly collected from the patient using sensors, on the other hand.

As mentioned, the generating mechanism involved in this type of analysis is dual, correlated with:

a) on one hand, the phenomenon of piezoelectricity triggered by the pressure of the object being measured, which activates the component crystals of the plate and – through the pressure generated on the plate – releases electrons and photons, as well as electric current and light, information that the device software measures and calibrates in accordance with the properties of the human body.

b) On the other hand, the ultra-sensitive plate is equipped with electronic circuits capable of receiving the properties of the measured samples and transforming them into electric (electromagnetic) signals suitable for the human body.

  • The ON/OFF switch – which activates the presence of electric current in the device – is adaptable to each type of national electric power grid and its rectification into low-frequency flows with which the body’s system operates – is located on the left side of the box.

The device is controlled by a recent-generation computer, equipped with complex SOFTWARE installed on it, the system having the following major categories of functional operations:

  • Storage and comparison of an immense amount of data (frequencies) and therapeutic solutions from all health domains considered (for example, the OME system), comprising quasi-exhaustive information regarding all types of existing “pharmacies”: ranging from pills, injections, lotions, and ointments, etc., to thousands of homeopathic remedies and their indications for optimal functioning;
  • Comparative analysis of data collected from the patient – obtained with the help of the electrodes/sensors of the device – with data already existing in the device software, analysis that allows optimal calibration of the efficiency of these remedies, in relation to the therapeutic needs of the patient;
  • Generation of direct therapeutic strategies/effects, through electric or electromagnetic signals, ultra/infrasound, etc., and through energizing stimuli transmitted to the human body (at the level of the OME system, for example) using the cables and electrodes of the device.
  •  Interpretation of the electrical data directly collected from the patient, on the one hand, and from the medical samples/remedies obtained using the test plate, on the other hand, to generate novel therapeutic or preventive combinations for the patient.

In summary, regarding the comparative structural landmarks of the NUCLEUS device and the energies related to its operation, it is worth mentioning once again that for explaining some “classic” aspects of the NUCLEUS device operation – such as those correlated with the OME system – the bioelectric dimension of the human body (cf. ANNEX 1 – ) will be particularly taken into account in the following sections.

2. Strategic operational landmarks of the “NUCLEUS” device: An explanation of the necessary operational stages.

In principle, synthesizing what has been said so far, the NUCLEUS device works through several complementary but relatively distinct stages, carried out under the control of the physician-therapist. Essentially, these stages are as follows:

Stage 1. Patient calibration with the device involves entering into its memory/software some personal data of the patient, which allows the definition/recognition of the specific bio-psychological matrix of the patient, through:

  • the age and sex of the patient, to inform the device about the patient’s specific morphological structure, depending on age, on one hand, and about the differentiated energy structure according to sex, on the other hand;
  • bodily data, such as height and weight, which will allow the software to establish therapeutic solutions targeting body mass, the size of neurovascular circuits, etc.;
  • various (major) ailments suffered by the patient throughout life – punctual or chronic – ultimately allow the completion of an up-to-date – ideal – picture of the patient, which the software will use as a comparison benchmark.

In line with the provided and recorded data, this initial calibration operation is essential for the objective recognition of the human subject, to whom – depending on the obtained data – the device can create an unmistakable bio-physiological personality profile. This picture is complemented by the (para)clinical one that the therapist can directly perform.

Stage 2. Collecting data for analyzing the patient’s health status (respectively evaluating the stresses initiated and monitored by the physician/therapist with the help of the device) is performed with the help of data-collecting sensors available to the device, which allow obtaining bioelectric data primarily based on the body’s electro-conductivity. These pieces of information – obtained through direct measurements, with the help of wired sensors – are more than sufficient to make a relatively accurate assessment of the (dys)functional/stressful situations faced by the human body (those targeting the implicit OME system).

Throughout the analysis, the NUCLEUS device is connected to the body through ultra-sensitive sensors placed on the patient’s head and limbs, in the five information-collecting zones defining the state of the entire organism. Through these sensors, the device resonates with the numerous tissues of the organs, with the nutrients or toxins present in the body, etc., recording their specific bioelectric values. These values are transferred through the device’s conductors to its “box” and then to the software it is equipped with. At this level, with the help of the acquired data, a specific unifying frequency is calculated: the trivector resonance, representing the mathematical calculation of the relationship between voltage, current, and resistance.

In this way, the device already has a comprehensive – but also unifying – initial image of the patient’s overall condition.

Stage 3. Comparing the acquired data with the device’s reference data. Once an initial “reading” of the bioelectrical measurements made by the device sensors is obtained, a comparison between these measurements and the existing “reference” data in the device software is to be conducted. The purpose of this comparison is to correct/optimize abnormal/pathological frequencies of the organism as much as possible through a strategy of “gradual accommodation.” Such accommodation is automatically achieved by the device software, which – noting a certain discrepancy between a pathological signal received from an organ (of the OME system, for example) and the reference value stored in the software – attempts to correct it by transmitting to the target organ an electric impulse considered to have an optimizing frequency, intensity, number of transmitted cycles, etc.

The response of the organ to this optimizing attempt is in turn analyzed by the computer, which then transmits another impulse, with increased efficiency, and so on, the process repeating several times.

This bio-feedback circuit type is automatically repeated by the device software during 5 corrective loops, within a few (milli)seconds. After this, it is considered that the device software has established the optimal possible level and that it has calculated the fastest and most stable biofeedback loop that the organism needs.

The truly astonishing performance – which only an ultra-advanced computer and software can achieve – is that the remedy for each organ involves a different analysis, meaning it requires different frequencies. This means that each algorithm used in the software – to calculate the fastest and most stable feedback loop – is unique.

Stage 4. Preparation/selection of the therapy’s optimizing sequence with the device. As mentioned, the device’s software has highlighted ideal frequencies (electrical parameters) through calibration, using three categories of information, namely:

a. Personal data of the patient, initially recorded in the software, which it implicitly exploits (as a determinant, corrector, correlator) whenever and wherever necessary;

b. Data of primary and direct evaluation, collected with the help of sensors and cables coupled to the patient’s body, at the ankles, wrists, and head, subjected to initial evaluations and comparative analyses;

c. Final data processed by the software, resulting from comparative analyses – through 5 cycles of mediation/standardization of real measurements – with the ideal values contained in the device’s software.

The synthesis of these data generated by the software will be used by the physician/therapist to decide the nature of the channel and the type of signals the device will send therapeutically or prophylactically – through biofeedback – back to the patient’s body. Thus, the therapist can decide to use a certain time and with a certain repeatability the optimizing solution – the therapeutic strategy – they have reached, using the device’s software knowingly.

Stage 5. The signal channels used by the device in the therapeutic or prophylactic process are controlled through the two structural-functional systems available to the NUCLEUS device, namely:

a. The technological components of the “black box,” comprising the energetic control circuits of the device;

b. The software with extremely complex programs (ranging from evaluating various states of organismal stress to highlighting possible optimization strategies, etc.).

Under this dual control, therapeutic signals are returned – through biofeedback – to the affected areas of the body, thus:

Through the physical channel of cables and sensors connected to the ankles and wrists, the following types of signals will be transmitted – commanded/adequately transformed in the “black box”:

  • Electric signals/frequencies are directed towards the epithelial zones (such as acupuncture) and/or deeper areas of the body (in accordance with the Voll effect and the “embryogenetic resonance map” associated with it).
  • Electromagnetic signals/frequencies, including “bio-laser” types generated by the device’s hardware-software complex.
  • (Ultra)sonic signals/frequencies reaching deep into the body’s system (OME, for example), inducing various effects at that level.

In one way or another, NUCLEUS allows the generation of complex energetic-informational amplification effects in the body through the phenomenon of piezoelectricity.

Through the frontal sensors arranged on the surface of the skull, information of (bio)electrical nature will be transmitted, in accordance with the guidelines of the NUCLEUS software, directing therapeutic commands to the brain’s command centers responsible for the deeper organs of the body, as well as organs affected by parasites, etc. These commands are transmitted through the nervous system to the deep areas via transmembrane electrical signals, primarily through the sodium-potassium pumps associated with the nervous system.

It is worth mentioning that the surface and deep therapies facilitated by the NUCLEUS system are logically correlated by the device’s software to prevent situations of over-energization or “informational inflation,” etc. All commands generated by the device’s software are implicitly transmitted to the “black box” electrical circuits. Its processors perform a series of optimally established and directed energy transformations according to the organism’s needs, such as transforming electric energy into electromagnetic energy (luminous, laser-like, for example), into sound energy (ultra or infra-sounds), or vibrational-mechanical energy (diathermy), etc. Depending on the calculated needs of the device’s software, the stimuli transferred to the body via the two aforementioned channels will be allowed to “flow” – as necessary in terms of time, intensity, and towards the target, problematic organs, such as the dysfunctional ones of the OME system.

Through this mode of operation, NUCLEUS implicitly embodies the classic effects of electrotherapy, long known and valued, but now optimized through the novel functional aspects the device entails.

Stage 6. Procedural types of therapeutic (prophylactic) intervention. By integrating and synergistically capitalizing on all types of operations mentioned above, NUCLEUS can be used to generate two types of therapeutic effects, optimizing interventions on the human body’s health state, inducing:

  • Stimulative energy signals – bioelectrical/bioelectromagnetic, of different frequencies – which interfere resonantly with the target system’s waves (of the OME system, for example), being “in phase” with the signals of biological systems that need regulation, optimization, healing, etc.; thus, an increase in the amplitude of these frequencies is achieved, and, implicitly, through such stimulation, a general and/or specific immune system parameter amplification can be achieved.
  • Inhibitory energy signals, taken from pathological areas of the body, first, and then “reversed” or “negated,” afterward, to be sent back to the unhealthy target in the body that needs to be nullified; such “phase opposition” is achieved through classical electrostimulation and electro-acupuncture, targeting two major types of dysfunctions the body may face:

a) The presence of pain – of any nature – is always generated by the same “mechanical” cause, of a piezoelectric nature: the inflammation of cellular tissues subjected to any kind of aggression (injury, cut, infection, intoxication, etc.) determines a reciprocal pressure of the inflamed cells, which – pressing against each other – transmit a piezoelectric pain signal to the brain; in this circumstance, the device’s software can “automatically decide and order” the transmission of a “negated” electric contras-stimulus, with a dual therapeutic function:

  • To contribute to tissue de-inflammation, and thus healing;
  • To implicitly contribute to canceling the pain electric signal sent to the brain (and implicitly through the generation of pain inhibitors such as endorphins);

b) The presence of pathogens – such as viruses, bacteria, parasites, etc. – whose existence in the body is detected by the device and “nullified” / healed through “negated” frequencies sent by the device’s software, respectively by:

  • Nullifying the vibration/vitality of the pathogenic factors through the inhibitory wave effect;
  • “Breaking” the membrane of the pathogenic factor – as a result of the above effect – and thus physically destroying it.

Stage 7. The calibration with the human body of specific medicinal remedies (ointments, pills, homeopathic remedies, etc.) is done last – after administering the electric treatment – with the help of the test plate available to the apparatus, an ultra-sensitive plate attached to the “black box.” The remedies that are deemed necessary, measured, and calibrated – either at the doctor’s recommendation or at the suggestions of the NUCLEUS software – are placed on the testing plate, which scans and compares their curative biochemical properties in relation to the patient’s needs, and with the data already stored in the apparatus’s software.

Following this scanning and calibration (anti-inflammatory, analgesic, etc.), the doctor then decides which of these remedies is more suitable to be used by the patient for maintenance at home.

Summarizing, we can say that – in accordance with the functions defined above – there are two major processes, namely two types of optimizing actions of bioelectrical stimulation that the NUCLEUS apparatus allows. Thus, the apparatus’s software can accurately define – correlated with the nature of the dysfunction and its location in the human body – the type of reparative action and the respective transmission channel of the reparative signal, as follows:

(1) A first type of action – direct induction – stimulatory or inhibitory – of the currents established/calibrated by the apparatus, involves transmitting this type of electric current to the patient during the already established and controlled treatment session by the doctor/therapist. In this alternative, the electric current is transmitted – through cables and electrodes – to the connection areas of the human body, namely the ankles, and wrists. These areas are already known to be informationally correlated with a series of surface and deep OME organs.

Through this direct transmission of electrical signals to the painful areas of the body, the following are achieved:

  • effects of muscle contraction, which result in improved blood flow, bringing beneficial substances and better oxygenation, ensuring faster repair of muscle fibers;
  • pain blocking by inhibition, respectively by the “out-of-phase” action of the electric signal compared to the frequency of waves generated by painful tissues; this inhibition modifies the brain’s perception of pain, contributing to muscle relaxation and, implicitly, fulfilling the apparatus’s anti-stress

(2) A second type of action – the indirect one – is implicitly carried out by the electrical signals sent directly to the brain through electrodes placed in the head area, generating two types of effects:

  • Bio-electric stimulation of endorphin production secreted by the hypothalamus and pituitary gland; in this way, through cerebral (biochemical) pain inhibition and the reduction of overall stress levels, contributes to the healing of the body (relaxation of painful tissues) and, implicitly, validates the apparatus’s function as an electro-antistress device;
  • Electro-stimulation of specific nerve zones/pathways, areas of cerebral control and command, which transmit through biofeedback the command to reactivate an affected area (affected by muscle paralysis or certain dystonia, for example).

In summary, these are the GENERAL FUNCTIONAL STAGES that NUCLEUS generates and performs coherently when properly controlled, with the ultimate goal of assessing and optimizing the health status of the human biological system.

Two observations are necessary regarding the use of the NUCLEUS device:

  • Based on the aforementioned therapeutic electrostimulation actions, the doctor can also decide on the appropriate strategy for complementary interventions – of a preventive nature that the patient can perform with the help of the apparatus.
  • As a good usage attribute, it should be mentioned that all the optimizing programs and practices relied upon by the apparatus are non-invasive and free of harmful side effects.

This is because the device “mimics” analogically the operations that the human body “naturally” performs when – faced with a certain dysfunction – it seeks and finds appropriate solutions.

Regarding the specific therapeutic mode in which the apparatus operates in particular situations of a specific organic system – such as OME – the proper justificatory aspects will be presented in the context of subsequent clinical research.

3. Instead of Conclusions:

FUNCTIONAL PARTICULARITIES ABOUT THE OME SYSTEM

By specifying the seven general functions of the NUCLEUS device to a specific system of the human body – namely, a reference to the OME system, which we considered in our case – the concrete manner in which the device must be activated involves the following operations:
→ (1) Calibration of the patient with the device → (2) Data collection →
→ (3) Data comparison → (4) Preparation/selection of the optimizing sequence:

Only at this stage can the doctor/therapist decide on the specific command:

● MUSCULAR ELECTROSTIMULATION!

At this command, the device activates all the indications and therapeutic strategies it offers – bioelectrical, neuromotor, nerve induction, etc. – presenting biofeedback solutions that can lead to:

  • relaxation, pain reduction, and combating spasms, when necessary;
  • facilitating mobilization, stimulating muscle strength recovery;
  • stimulating systemic healing, at the level of the entire organism, in general.

→ (5) At this stage, the channels of electrical utilization of the device will be decided by the doctor by choosing one of the following options:

  • direct electrical action, by transmitting the stimulus to the ankle and hand straps, and from there – implicitly – to the muscle areas with conditions (pain, atrophy, etc.);
  • indirect electrical action, biofeedback, by transmitting the signal to the cerebral areas related to the OME system, which – once stimulated – will redirect repair commands to the affected target areas/tissues (paralysis, uncontrollable tremors, etc.).

From the set of these possibilities, the doctor/therapist will choose to activate the most suitable ones according to the patient’s already evaluated situation, deciding on triggering via dynamic electrical stimuli through the device’s sensors, ultrasonic vibrations, or electromagnetic stimulation effects such as “laser”, etc., on one hand, or transmitting brain biofeedback electrical stimulations, on the other hand.

→ (6) The procedural types of therapeutic/prophylactic intervention – “in phase” or “out-of-phase”, stimulative or inhibitory – are also defined by the doctor, through specific commands addressed to the computer, about the targeted OME dysfunction nature.

Thus, depending on the circumstances, the specialist can activate the command:

● RECOVERY OF THE BONE / MUSCULAR SYSTEM!

At this command, the device will direct therapeutic flows – bioelectric ones – towards frequencies stimulating sutures in case of fractures, commands directing calcium ion orientation to control the metabolism of this element in osteoporosis, stimulation of bone growth centers, or stimulation of cartilage and muscle training, etc., all by the “embryogenetic resonance map” available to the device.

→ (7) Finally, the calibration with the human body of specific medicinal remedies (ointments, pills or nutritional supplements, homeopathic or antifungal, antibacterial remedies, etc.) is necessary when the therapist’s competence or the device’s measurements indicate that the patient has weakened or atrophied muscles as a result of neurological conditions, trauma, prolonged immobilization, or conditions of bone demineralization, etc. In these circumstances, the patient must support electrotherapy with a longer-term medication treatment, which NUCLEUS can strategically guide and support. Through the doctor, of course.

In summary, we can say that – through the type of software commands mentioned above, NUCLEUS is programmed to self-focus on the patient’s electrical body, to reduce electro-stress, and to formulate health strategies aimed at educating the patient – through biofeedback – in choosing a healthy lifestyle.

Recapping, we can say that through the general and specific aspects (specifically correlated with OME) outlined in this report, we have attempted to intelligibly describe and logically justify the fact that:

  • the constructive structure of the device results from the transfer of physiological resources that the functioning of the human body presupposes in technology, with bioelectricity being the primary reference among them;
  • we have chosen to present this dimension of the human biological system both due to the scientific relevance of the subject, known to specialists, and the fact that the applications of electrotherapy have been constantly present in medical biotechnology in recent decades;
  • the biotechnological principles on which the device’s operation is based are derived from the mechanisms of bioresonance and biofeedback, whose functional aspects we have highlighted whenever possible;
  • the general aspects of the device’s operation have been exemplified by practical reference to dysfunctions of a specific biological system, the muscular system, with an implicit extension to the level of the skeletal and epidermal system, the OME complex being directly involved in all functional levels – input and output – of the device;
  • the description and justification of the device’s operation comprehensively include therapeutic and prophylactic strategies.

Therefore, it is time to mention that through the elaboration of this report, we have endeavored to meet the expectations set by experts, namely to explain:

  • the nature of the information (bioelectric) collected with the help of sensors, and how they are obtained and transmitted to the various systems of the human body;
  • the mechanisms of collection and processing of this information – in the sense of an optimizing biofeedback response – about a possible dysfunction;
  • the operational stages of the device, following the technological sequence of their deployment, with therapeutic or prophylactic purposes (including in the case of a specific system – OME – of the human body).

Therefore, considering the intuitive/intelligible and at the same time analytical/scientific manner in which we have addressed the structural and functional aspects characteristic of the NUCLEUS device, we express our hope that we have fulfilled the major objective of this synthetic analysis: to credibly demonstrate that the device can justifiably bear the name – simple yet comprehensive – of

● ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL BIOFEEDBACK SYSTEM WITH ELECTROTHERAPEUTIC FUNCTION ●

  1. The operational presentation herein includes a series of references to this broader justification document (explicitly mentioned in parentheses as ANNEX 1), as many times as necessary.

  2. It is considered that the human body is characterized by a dual polarity, yin-yang, – / +, feminine/masculine, which NUCLEUS maintains through analogical differences such as:

  3. In the brain, the difference between the left and right hemispheres corresponds to the duality of yang/yin (rational / intuitive);

  • However, at the level of the body, the polarity left / right is modified, with the left side of the body corresponding to the attributes of femininity yin and the right side corresponding to the attributes of masculinity yang. However,

  • at the level of the body, the polarity left / right is modified, with the left side of the body corresponding to the attributes of femininity yin and the right side corresponding to the attributes of masculinity yang.

  1. The information obtained in this way is totally different from that offered by X-ray radiation, blood tests, or other chemical analyses, as it presents the overall – but also detailed, if necessary – energetic state of the human body and the direction in which it predominantly concentrates its energy. For example, the device can measure various stress-related blockages specific to the OME system, such as muscle tone and epithelial integrity, mineral levels in bones, vitamins, amino acids, nutrients in the skin, ingested food substances, sugars, and toxins in the blood, hormonal levels, on the one hand, and the presence of enzymes and bacteria, fungi, and viruses, etc., on the other hand. All of these are responsible in one way or another for any structural or functional aspect that affects the health of the body, respectively its level of stress. In other words, considering that NUCLEUS contributes to resolving some of the above-mentioned dysfunctions, it means that it is implicitly an anti-stress system.

  2. The device used to assess the overall stress state of the organism is based on the bio-resonance system and uses the same principle as ultrasound machines. With their help, early deficiencies and pathological changes can be detected in the structures of energy waves generated at the tissue, organ, and cellular levels of the body. Therefore, NUCLEUS can detect changes in the patient’s health in the early stages.

  3. Typically, during the initial assessment with the NUCLEUS device, the electrical capacitance of the subject being evaluated can be “distorted” by external factors such as the environment, clothing, etc., which necessitates a series of adjustments/corrections that the device is programmed to perform automatically.

  4. n accordance with these categories of reception/transmission channels, the device has two correlated programs/software:

  5. A BIORESONANCE program for the analysis and synthesis of information, which allows for the correlation/transformation of sensory data obtained with the help of electrodes into energetic aspects, such as electrical frequencies for example.

  6. A BIOFEEDBACK program that enables the application of therapeutic solutions to reduce stress (such as muscle pain, for example), harmonize, and optimize the systems of the human body (such as the OME organs). Through this program, the therapist and implicitly the patient can effectively observe/monitor the influence of bio-electrophysiological stimuli on the client’s health process.
